Every Numero6 instance runs on dedicated infrastructure hosted in European data centres, selected for network quality, physical security, and alignment with European data protection requirements. Your service does not run as a containerized workload on shared hyperscaler infrastructure; it is deployed as a dedicated environment provisioned exclusively for your organization.
Infrastructure characteristics
European data centres — All customer instances are hosted on infrastructure located within the European Union, supporting data residency requirements.
Dedicated virtualization — Each instance runs in an isolated virtual machine on our Proxmox-based hypervisor platform, with dedicated access to allocated GPU, CPU, and memory resources.
High-performance NVMe storage — Customer data, model weights, and knowledge base indexes are stored on high-speed NVMe storage with per-tenant ZFS encryption.
Redundant network connectivity — All compute nodes are connected through redundant uplinks to support stable availability and resilience.
Continuous monitoring — Our engineering team provides 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, alerting, automated health checks, and proactive incident response.
Regular updates and maintenance — Operating system security patches, Open WebUI updates, software updates, and stack maintenance are handled by our team, reducing operational burden on yours.
